“Happy New Year!” 
Yes, I know. It’s February. But since I ended 2013 and started 2014 with the flu, followed by a back injury courtesy of this crazy snow and ice-filled Canadian winter…I decided that I needed a restart. I’m also approaching a pretty huge milestone this birthday and it seems, I’m not that fine about it. (“Age is just a number” Repeat 3x) So, last weekend, in light of my sad 2014 beginnings (you don’t wanna know the half of it) – I took a deep breath, and got into gear!
Gong Hei Fat Choi, beauties! Let the year’s blessings come pouring in.
I’m so thankful for the pre-bookings I’ve received so far (Spring and Fall brides, yoohoooo!) and for what looks like a crazy year ahead, in terms of weddings and gigs- many thanks to my sisters and team at @BlushPretty . (Ladies, I love you all and I thank you for the gift of friendship). Girl power!
And just to make up for my 2014 false start – I’m going full force with my Makeup By Merry makeup workshops and lessons ($100/person, per 2-hour makeup lesson. Email info@makeupbymerry.com /call me at 416 648 5956 to inquire)… and I have joined Weddingful!
